Expected year 1 compensation €200k-€350k, 100% performance-based.

Core Objective

·Capture user attention with behavioral psychology and convert that attention into client revenue.
·Engineer copy structures that force prioritized retrieval in LLM environments.
·Refine our proprietary optimization protocols using validated retrieval triggers.
·Minimize model hallucinations regarding client assets.

·Deep understanding of LLM citation logic and retrieval mechanics.
·Deep understanding of behavioral psychology and the human brain, coupled with persuasive copywriting skills.
·Strong analytical capability to rapidly A/B test model outputs and iterate on retrieval structures.
·High emotional resilience and autonomy. We do not babysit. You must be able to handle high stakes pressure, rapid operational shifts, and technical roadblocks without shutting down.
·Strict operational security and data handling hygiene.
·Force Multipliers: The capability to engineer custom solutions to push our operations forward, OR deep knowledge of LLM training structures.

Day-to-day work can be remote. The team also works together from active operational hubs.
