The client wanted to be the main source of information for a specific technical problem in their industry. They wanted to ensure that when engineers researched this topic they found the client's definitions first.
We wrote a technical guide answering the engineers' questions and organised it so search engines and AI tools could retrieve the explanation.
In 8 months, qualified inquiries went from 4 to 22 per month, and the share of AI answers naming the client rose from ~6% to 48%.
